Unique location, neat and good rooms and funny staff. Breakfast had plenty of appetising food and drinks. Fairly clean hotel, top notch service. There was a PLEASANT restaurant, a market and stores next door. Also, it was 1 mile from a 300 foot tower.

We loved this gorgeous hotel and its first class location and staff. 10 min walk to the heart of Knoxville. We got room with stylish decor and a beautiful bathroom to relax. They had an easy check-in too.

The breakfast was tasty, and the staff was friendly. The location was very central to all the places we needed to visit, so it was very convenient. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar and the incredible view from up there.
The parking fee was not mentioned on the hotel's website, and we were disappointed to learn that personal parking was $16 and valet was $22.
We had to go with the valet and pay the extra amount.

The hotel we stayed at during our city trip had a decent view in one of the rooms and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The location also allowed us to easily walk to some great restaurants and bars nearby. On top of that, they had free Wi-Fi and provided complimentary breakfast which was nice.
The room we were assigned to was extremely small and the bed was not very comfortable.
We could also hear noise from the street and other guests, which made it difficult to sleep.
